Broker’s Gin have launched their new-look bottles in Europe and I had the pleasure of doing a product photography shoot for the brand in my studio here in Essex. The bottles included both their traditional London gin and also their pink gin. The temptation to drink all the gin when you’re shooting with it is just too much!
It’s technically quite tricky to photograph alcohol bottles – finger prints, reflections, black boards to get crisp edges, strip box to stop light spreading, making sure label is straight…the list goes on! Throughout this shoot I used props that enhanced the product, telling the story of how it would be served. I also used Club Backdrops’ high end vinyl backdrops to add colour and interest to the photographs. Some of these backdrops included replica textures to give the effect of a kitchen.
Here are some images from the final gallery I delivered to Broker’s Gin.
